Bardolino is a light fresh style of red wine from vineyards close to Lake Garda. If you like a Valpolicella or perhaps a Beaujolais, you will like this style of wine. Scents of cherry, a soft palate but a vein of acidity that works well with sliced cured meats. In hot weather this wine chills very nicely.
