The Sassenach, created by Outlander's Sam Heughan, breaks the mould for blended Scotch. It combines predominantly 9-12 year Single Malt with 21-year organic Single Grain aged in bourbon barrels and finished in Madeira casks. The blend highlights bright, fruity malt notes, balanced grain softness, and added depth from the Madeira finish. Bottled at 46%, it’s non-chill filtered with natural colour only.
