Rondel Cava (11%) - Spain

Benchmark Cava from the Codorniu stable. Predominantly Parellada, 9 months aging in bottle, it adds complexity.

WHITE

Nuviana Chardonnay (12%) - 2023, Spain

From the foothills of the Pyrenees, a zingy and oak Chardonnay with amazing food partnering possibilities. 

ORANGE

Cramele Recas Orange Wine (12.5%) - 2022, Romania

A delightful intro to the delights of Orange Wine. Dry, ripe and exotic with hints of tangerine on the bouquet.

RED

Fazzoletto Barbera Passito (14.5%) - 2021, Italy

A rediscovery of the old tradition of using partially-dried grapes to add richness and concentration. Fleshy and juicy with aromas of sweet ripe plums and cherries.

Nuit de Lumieres Petit Verdot (12.5%) - 2023, France

Petit Verdot is a grape more often seen in the Languedoc than Bordeaux. A deep and dark red this is however a softer style than some of the bolder, savoury version available.

Dandelion Bonarda (13%) - 2023, Argentina

Bonarda, Argentina's second most planted grape. This unoaked version allows sumptuous black fruits to soar in a mid-weight palate with soft tannins. Perfect for a cosy Autumn evening.
