There’s so much richness here it’s hard to believe this is unoaked. The texture is full and rich, soft and balanced, complex, long and smooth, bursting with ripe plums and cherries with a spicy vanilla backdrop and savoury afternotes of soy, dark chocolate and coffee beans. For the price it’s just wow and popular choice amongst staff!
